4. VIOLATION OF MATERIAL USAGE AND TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Your membership shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ZP Media at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this agreement, you must destroy any downloaded materials in you possession whether in electronic or printed format;
- In case of violation and termination of membership no refund is available.;
5. BILLING STATEMENT
- According to Danish law you have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days. This however entails that you have not taken your membership into use. If any of the Material on the website has been accessed, the right to cancellation is waived. The right to cancel your membership begins from the day your order is placed. If you wish to cancel your subscription, contact ZP Media. Your cancellation request must be clear, unambiguous and in written form. By placing an order with ZP Media you consent to and acknowledge these terms regarding your cancellation rights;
- Subscribers are liable for all charges incurred by themselves until termination of service;
- The binding period is 30 days. The membership is activated from the date of payment and expires 30 days after. The subscription will automatically recur every 30 days unless the Customer cancels the Subscription. If a Costumers cancels before the end of their subscription date they will still be able to access the Site until that date is reached;
- Our payment provider is PensoPay.com, in any event of chargeback please contact ZP Media
- The Text on your transaction on your Bank statement will be - ZP Media.
6. DISCLAIMER
- The Material is provided "as is" and are without any express or implied warranty of any kind. In no event shall ZP Media be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Material;
